Returns & Exchanges
If you decide to return your purchase, please call us at 1-866-513-LTC2 (5822) or e-mail us at returns@ltc2.com between 8AM – 5PM Monday through Friday and we will send you a return package label. You will receive your full refund minus the cost of the return shipping. Merchandise must be in as-new condition . All tags must be attached, packaging must be intact, and clothing must be unwashed and unworn.
Boots may be exchanged or returned if they are in as-new condition and the soles are unscratched. When trying on boots for the first time and until you are sure the boots fit correctly, be sure to walk on carpeting or other soft flooring only.
We will give refunds on saddles only if the returned saddle is in the same condition as received, with no marks on leather, no mud or horsehair, and no signs of wear. We allow a 10-day trial period for your saddle. While trying out the saddle, please take extra precautions, including wrapping up stirrups and leathers with a towel to avoid scratches and mud.
We highly recommend that you return your items via UPS to take advantage of their online tracking systems. Leggett Town and Country will not be responsible for lost merchandise.
If you live in or around the Danville, Virginia area, you may return your purchase directly to our retail location. You must have a copy of your receipt with your purchase on hand in order to return for exchange or credit.
Shipping Information
At this time, Leggett Town & Country can only ship orders to the United States. Items we do not have in stock will ship directly to you from the manufacturer. Please allow two weeks for delivery of those items. We only ship merchandise via UPS Ground. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or via USPS. Some bulky or extra-heavy items require an additional handling fee. Check item descriptions for information on such surcharges. Our standard shipping costs are as follows:
